Safes are very heavy and require special skills, specialized moving equipment and special trailers to move them from one place to another. There are always many variables that change in any safe move. All safes are require to be emptied prior to moving. Here are some of the things we must know prior to moving a safe:

Current location of the safe
Size of the Safe - Height, Width, Depth
Weight of the Safe if known
Manufacturer
Model (if known)
Serial Number
Type (if known)
Safe Finish
What type of terrain will the safe cross, outside of the old location?
What type of flooring is it on now - wood, carpet, concrete, porcelain tile, vinyl flooring, etc.
What type of flooring is the safe going to sit on in its new location?
What type of surfaces will the safe need to cross to get to it's new location?
Are there stairs involved - if so, how many? What is the width of the staircase wall to the rail?
How many thresholds will the safe cross from the old location to the new location?
We need the height and width of each threshold that safe must cross.
What type of terrain is the safe crossing outside of the new location?
New location address with major cross streets.
